Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Success Manager - B2B Sales. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving customer retention and growth initiatives. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer needs, providing solutions, addressing concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will work proactively to ensure clients continue to derive value from AI CERTs® solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service
- Strong competencies in establishing and maintaining client relations, with a focus on Relationship Building
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role, preferably in education, technology, or certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
