Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries, coordinating with nursing and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery, and proactively checking in with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction levels. The role involves tracking customer feedback, analyzing service performance metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance loyalty and retention. The Customer Success Manager will also help develop processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable growth and consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and service quality.
- Experience in customer retention and relationship building, including the ability to nurture long-term customer trust and loyalty.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret customer data, service metrics, and feedback, and to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and performance metrics.
