Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our enterprise clients. The role involves driving customer retention, increasing product adoption, and identifying opportunities for account expansion while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in handling enterprise accounts within a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and develop relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact
● Drive successful onboarding and ensure continuous product adoption
● Conduct regular business reviews and align solutions with client objectives
● Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
● Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
● Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless service delivery
● Gather customer insights and provide feedback to support product enhancements
Experience & Education:
● 6–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles within B2B SaaS
● Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise or large-scale accounts
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Skills & Competencies:
● Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho
● Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including retention, churn, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts effectively.
