Role Description:
• Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for new clients. Build trust and long- term relationships through regular engagement.
• Customer Training: Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Needs Analysis: Understand and evaluate customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Upsell & Renewals: Drive product upgrades and renewals to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Reporting: Share monthly/quarterly reports and insights with clients to track performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
Who we're looking for:
• 2–4 years in a client-facing role- account management, customer success, or similar
• Has worked directly with Indian clients and understands what that relationship demands
• Comfortable presenting to and building rapport with CXO-level stakeholders
