Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, promoting long-term customer retention, and resolving any client concerns promptly. Key responsibilities also include analyzing customer data to identify improvement opportunities, proactively addressing client needs, and ensuring service deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Proficient in Relationship Building and Customer Service practices
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Prior experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
