Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, proactively identifying and addressing their needs, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention. The role also involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service best practices
- Strong abilities in Relationship Building and Customer Retention strategies
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and identify insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Experience in customer success or account management roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
