Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with hands-on experience in hostel or related application domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, maintaining long-term client relationships, and supporting successful implementation and usage of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
Conduct product demos, training sessions, and regular follow-ups
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and feature requests
Monitor customer health metrics and improve customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management
Mandatory experience in Hostel Management Software / Accommodation / Property / ERP-related applications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in customer onboarding and training
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
