Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively managing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include addressing customer queries, enhancing customer experience, and facilitating long-term successful partnerships. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks to customer retention, analyzing customer needs, and providing actionable insights to improve their experience with Signzy’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Expertise in Customer Retention strategies and engagement initiatives
- Possess excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to derive insights from customer data
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
- Experience in the fintech or SaaS industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
