💼 Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor helping users unlock the full value of SaveSage.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with users
• Recommend smart card and loyalty strategies
• Guide users on platform features and subscription plans
• Track savings performance and improve outcomes
• Upsell premium plans based on real value
• Share user feedback with the product team
🎓 Who Can Apply
• Freshers preferred
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Basic understanding of personal finance
• Self driven and comfortable in a startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred
