Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our SaaS solutions. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, building long-term relationships, tracking key customer metrics, collaborating with internal teams to drive solutions, and developing strategies to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention metrics
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer usage data and identify areas for improvement
- Proven ability to excel in Relationship Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based partnerships
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience working in or with SaaS companies is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success tools is an advantage
