The Role
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of operations and partner success.
You will manage and scale partner operations across two key markets:
• UAE - a structured, compliance-driven ecosystem where quality and precision are critical
• India - a 0->1 rentals launch where processes, supply, and partner experience are being built from the ground up
You’ll be responsible for ensuring partners onboard seamlessly, go live quickly, and continue to succeed on the platform - while also helping build the systems that enable scale.
What You’ll Own
1. Partner Onboarding & Activation
• Own end-to-end onboarding for brokers, developers, and rental partners across UAE and India
• Ensure all compliance checks are completed (licenses, permits, documentation)
• Drive fast and accurate activation of listings
• Coordinate with sales to prioritise high-impact partners
2. Platform Quality & Trust
• Act as the gatekeeper for all listings going live
• Ensure strict compliance and accuracy for UAE listings
• Define and enforce quality standards for India rentals
• Review property content (videos, pricing, details) with high attention to detail
3. Partner Success & Retention
• Build strong relationships with partners post-onboarding
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide partners on how to maximise performance
• Drive adoption, engagement, and long-term retention
• Troubleshoot issues and act as the primary escalation point when needed
4. Operational Excellence
• Manage CRM systems, trackers, and dashboards with high accuracy
• Maintain real-time visibility into onboarding status, listings, and partner pipelines
• Handle high-volume operational workflows without compromising quality
5. Process Building & Market Scaling
• Build and refine onboarding and QC workflows for India rentals (0->1)
• Optimise and scale existing UAE processes
• Identify gaps in partner experience and improve systems proactively
• Work closely with product, tech, and sales to streamline operations
What We’re Looking For
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, customer success, onboarding, or account management
• Experience in marketplaces, Proptech, or real estate is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with external partners
• Ability to operate in both structured and ambiguous environments
• Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
• High ownership mindset - proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused
