Job Brief: We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our enterprise B2B clients. The ideal candidate requires strong stakeholder management, consultative problem-solving, and experience handling enterprise accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise B2B accounts.
2. Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and operational stakeholders.
3. Develop account success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
4. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
5. Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve customer outcomes.
6. Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product improvements and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management in a B2B environment.
3. Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
6. Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools such as Zoho, Salesforce or similar platforms.
7. Experience handling global clients and enterprise contracts.

Compensation: Up to 55 LPA (Based on experience and fitment)
