Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, proactively addressing challenges, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and providing detailed performance updates. The role also involves strategizing to optimize product usage and identifying new opportunities for client growth.
