Job Title: Customer Success Manager (B2B / Demand Generation)
Location: Remote / India
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Salary CTC: 6L - 7L Per annum
Role Overview:
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth execution of LinkedIn outreach campaigns and maintaining strong relationships with US-based clients.
- You will work closely with internal marketing and campaign teams to ensure successful delivery of lead generation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management.
- Manage and maintain relationships with US-based clients.
- Conduct regular strategy and performance review calls.
- Understand client ICP, campaign goals, and expectations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- LinkedIn Campaign Management.
- Manage and optimise LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
- Oversee messaging sequences and engagement strategies.
- Lead Generation & Qualification.
- Monitor campaign responses and engagement.
- Identify and qualify prospects.
- Coordinate meeting bookings between prospects and client sales teams.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Track metrics such as: Response rate, Meetings booked, Campaign engagement.
- Provide insights and optimisation recommendations.
Required Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success / Client Success / Account Management.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with US or international clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B lead generation or demand generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a B2B marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
