Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The CSM will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring their successful onboarding, training, and satisfaction with NirogGyan’s products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing product insights, addressing customer inquiries, collecting feedback to drive improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), client onboarding, and customer success strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to analyze customer needs, gather feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development
- Experience in the healthcare, SaaS, or tech industry is a bonus
- Familiarity with data analytics and health insights tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field would be preferred
