Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the human face of Arya and Mentoria for our users. You'll own the end-to-end post-signup experience — converting free users into paid ones, ensuring paying customers get real value, and capturing the stories of users who land interviews and jobs. You'll also support Mentoria's operations team in delivering a seamless experience to B2C users. This is a relationship-first role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, understanding their journeys, and helping them succeed.
What You'll Do
Arya – User Conversion & Retention
- Reach out to registered (free) Arya users to understand what's holding them back from upgrading, and work with the team to design conversion nudges, incentives, and follow-up sequences
- Build relationships with paid Arya users through regular check-ins, ensuring they're getting value and flagging any churn risks early
- Collect and document testimonials from users who land interviews through Arya — turning their wins into stories we can share
Mentoria – User Support & Campaigns
- Support the Mentoria operations team (based on bandwidth) to onboard new users, guide them through psychometric assessments, and coordinate session scheduling with counsellors
- Periodically connect with Mentoria's paid B2C users to track their progress, address blockers, and ensure they feel supported through their career journey
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns targeting Mentoria's paid users to drive awareness and adoption of Arya
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, user research, or a related client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you're comfortable on calls, over WhatsApp, and email communication
- Empathetic listener who can quickly understand a user's situation and respond with the right message or intervention
- Comfortable working across two products and managing multiple user cohorts simultaneously
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or email marketing platforms is a plus
- Proactive with communication, solution-oriented and eager to experiment/execute
- Prior experience in edtech, career services, or a consumer startup is a bonus, but not required
