Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Customer Success Manager role based in Chengalpattu/Thiruvannamalai/Puducherry The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with schools, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Daily tasks include interacting with school administrators, addressing customer concerns, ensuring effective adoption of LEAD’s Edtech solutions, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves leveraging analytical insights to improve engagement strategies and consistently delivering excellent service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to maintain and enhance school partnerships
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data and provide actionable insights to improve customer experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education or Edtech sector
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field is preferred
- Strong track record in Business development (upsell/cross sell/new business)
