Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and help them achieve maximum value from our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support
- Onboard new clients and guide them through product/service adoption
- Monitor client health, usage, and satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to improve customer experience
- Track key performance metrics such as retention, churn, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or technology-based companies
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience working with global clients
