🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager – Azure & Security
📍 Mumbai | Bangalore | 💼 6–12 yrs | 💰 ₹17–20 LPA + Variable
Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager – Azure & Security who can own customer outcomes, drive adoption, and build long-term strategic relationships.
🎯 Your Impact
- Be the trusted advisor for customers on Microsoft Azure & Security
- Drive secure cloud adoption and maximize value realization
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and continuous optimization journeys
- Influence CXOs and IT leaders through strategic discussions & EBRs
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities across cloud & security
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle for Azure & security engagements
- Enable customers on solutions like Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview
- Track usage, health metrics, and proactively mitigate risks
- Partner with architecture, delivery, and support teams for success
- Bring in best practices across cloud security, governance, and compliance
🧠 What You Bring
- 6–12 years in Customer Success / TAM / Cloud Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Identity, Security)
- Exposure to SIEM, SOAR, SOC, VAPT and cloud security frameworks
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR or similar standards
- Ability to confidently engage with C-level stakeholders
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Security, Compliance & Identity certifications
