Position Overview
You'll own client relationships that drive global recruitment success for tech companies expanding internationally. You'll manage multiple stakeholders, optimize AI-powered recruitment pipelines, and identify growth opportunities that directly impact revenue. This role offers direct exposure to cutting-edge AI recruitment technology where recruiters close 20 hires per month, 10x the industry standard.
Role & Responsibilities
• Build associations with multiple stakeholders at customer organizations across different departments and levels
• Conduct weekly and monthly cadence calls with client stakeholders to review recruitment progress and pipeline status
• Prepare and publish detailed funnel reports showcasing recruitment metrics, progress, and insights to client leadership
• Coordinate internally with ops, product and AI teams to ensure seamless delivery and identify service gaps
• Build processes to automate repeatable tasks using AI tools and streamline customer success workflows
• Be the voice of customer internally to deliver a 6-star customer experience and drive product improvements
• Handle account grievances and escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase role mandates and expand account revenue
Must Have Criteria
• 5-8 years of account management experience in HR tech, tech recruitment services or IT staffing industry
• Proven track record of managing client relationships with tech companies and engineering leadership
• Experience preparing and presenting recruitment funnel reports and metrics to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling tech recruitment services to existing clients
• Strong understanding of tech hiring processes, developer pipelines, and engineering recruitment metrics
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to streamline work and build automated processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have
• Experience with global tech recruitment or international developer hiring processes
• Background working with startup clients or high-growth tech companies
• Familiarity with HR tech platforms or recruitment automation tools
• Understanding of technical roles like full-stack developers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists
