We're Hiring | Customer Success Manager — Gallabox | Chennai
Gallabox is an AI-powered omnichannel platform helping businesses across 40+ countries turn customer conversations into revenue — across WhatsApp, Instagram, web, and voice.
As we grow, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our onsite team in Chennai and drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer journey — onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal
- Build long-term relationships with SaaS clients and ensure they achieve measurable value
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for your customer portfolio
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS organization
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them to product solutions
- Immediate joiners preferred
