Role Description
FirstConnectt is seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our on-site team in Mumbai. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing proactive support, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling. The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage customer accounts, provide support, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience in CRM tools and customer success software
- Analytical mindset for understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges
- Experience in CPaaS or related industries is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
