Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance customer experience, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The role involves ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, tracking customer feedback, and working proactively to mitigate issues. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving customer success and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and delivering data-driven solutions
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term partnerships
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address client concerns
  • Prior experience in a customer success or client-facing role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
