Role Description
The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving retention. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, facilitating issue resolution, conducting client onboarding, and providing support for optimizing the use of our AI-powered tender management solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role will involve analyzing customer feedback, identifying opportunities for growth, and strategically enhancing the client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, India.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs, evaluating feedback, and driving data-backed solutions
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term client partnerships
- Knowledge of client engagement strategies and the ability to effectively manage customer accounts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SaaS, AI solutions, or tender/RFP management processes is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
