We help pros handle everything - client communication, project planning, billing, and payments - all from one easy-to-use app. We’re growing fast and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed.
Your Role: The Frontline Hero :-
This is not your average support role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to be the face of Contractor+ and play a critical role in supporting users when they need us most.
Provide 5-Star Support :-
- Handle Intercom chats, calls, and emails with speed and empathy.
- Keep our CRM (Close) updated with reminders and notes so no customer is ever forgotten.
Drive Product Adoption :-
- Lead live product demos via Zoom to onboard and educate users.
- Organize feedback (Userback) and file tickets until every issue is resolved.
Onboard & Support Contractor+ Pay Users :-
- Guide new users and their merchants through setup and early usage.
- Update our help center with FAQs you encounter - create the solutions before they’re problems.
Build Strong Relationships :-
- Proactively reach out to new users and support them through their early experience.
- Keep our internal teams informed via Slack so nothing is ever missed.
- Listen for upsell opportunities and introduce users to more powerful features.
