Compass Consult is a global consulting firm specializing in Project Controls and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for the construction and infrastructure industry.
We support large infrastructure programs across Australia, North America, and the Middle East, helping organizations implement and optimize enterprise platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, and Primavera.
As we continue to expand across the US and Australian markets, we are looking for a Sales & Customer Success Manager to drive growth and build long-term client relationships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven professional who can drive enterprise sales while ensuring customer success and retention across the US and Australian markets.
This role combines lead generation, enterprise deal closures, and post-sales relationship management, making it ideal for someone who can own the full customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate qualified leads in the US & Australian markets
- Drive enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals
Customer Success & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key international clients
- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
- Drive client retention, renewals, and account growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with delivery teams
Market & Strategy
- Develop strong understanding of US & Australian market dynamics
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and positioning
- Track and report sales performance, client health, and revenue metrics
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or customer success
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing enterprise deals
- Experience working with US and/or Australian clients
- Strong understanding of ERP or enterprise software solutions
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycle and client relationships
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work across time zones and international stakeholders
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or PMIS domain
- Familiarity with platforms like Aconex, Procore, Oracle Unifier, Primavera
- Understanding of consulting or SaaS business models
- Experience in account expansion and strategic partnerships
- Exposure to international contracts, proposals, and RFPs
