Looking for a Dynamic Customer Success Manager/Key Account Manager for a Tech platform based out of Mumbai!
Job Responsibilities
Client Management:
a. Act as primary contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing concerns.
b. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
Account Strategy:
a. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
b. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive growth. Revenue Growth:
a. Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
b. Negotiate contract terms to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Issue Resolution:
a. Resolve client issues promptly, liaising between clients and internal teams.
b. Escalate complex issues as needed to find effective solutions.
Market Insight:
a. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
b. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Job Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in a Key Account Management, Customer Success role in the B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Legal Tech, Martech, Corporate Insurance, etc
2. Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills, team management experience is a plus
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
4. Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel
