Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and objectives are achieved. Key responsibilities include onboarding clients, monitoring their ongoing satisfaction, and addressing issues proactively. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to optimize service delivery and identify opportunities for client growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication
- Proficiency in Strategy Development and Implementation for customer success initiatives
- Expertise in Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Ability to manage account growth and retention
- Excellent organizational, time management, and team collaboration skills
- Experience with customer success tools or CRMs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, particularly in technology or digital transformation, is advantageous
