Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Borivali. The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences while fostering long-term client relationships. The role includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and value for clients. Building trust and acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience and meet client expectations
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify patterns, analyze data, and derive actionable insights for improving customer success
- Experience with Customer Retention strategies and a deep understanding of methods to manage churn
- Ability to build and maintain strong Relationship Building skills and rapport with clients
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in the CPaaS, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
