🔹 Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular client reviews and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Proactively resolve concerns and provide strategic support
Project Execution & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end project coordination and service delivery
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to remove operational roadblocks
Business Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for new business initiatives
- Support proposal creation and client presentations
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture
- Support departmental goals and process improvements
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
- Drive data-based decision-making and account planning
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
