Role Description
The Customer Success Manager (APAC B2B Sales) will focus on building relationships with B2B clients in the APAC region to ensure satisfaction, retention, and success. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional support, analyzing client needs, offering solutions for optimization, and cultivating long-term business relationships. The role plays a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring retention, and driving long-term success in the APAC market.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Success, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and suggesting effective solutions
- Experience in Customer Retention and fostering Relationship Building
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of B2B sales dynamics, particularly in the APAC region, is an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem resolution and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
