Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager (APAC B2B Sales) located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and improving customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client data, ensuring seamless onboarding and support, fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders, and acting as the main point of contact for customers in the APAC region.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Strong Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to maintain long-term partnerships and foster client trust.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies, particularly in the APAC region, is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the aptitude to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A background in tech certifications, AI, or Blockchain sectors is a plus.
