Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Thane. The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer satisfaction, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies to ensure high retention rates. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, monitoring customer feedback, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
