I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager with deep bridal jewelry experience to support a luxury jewelry brand. This role pays $4–$6/hour.
About the Role:
This company is a luxury bridal jewelry brand, VERRAGIO, that designs and sells high-end engagement rings and wedding bands, and they are looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager to help with customer communication and product guidance. The role is fully remote and entirely chat-based, with no phone work required.
You will be responsible for responding to inquiries through Instagram and email, guiding customers toward the right products, and maintaining brand-aligned communication. This role requires prior bridal jewelry experience and the ability to confidently speak the language of engagement rings, settings, and customization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Instagram comments and direct messages
- Answer customer support emails promptly
- Recommend products based on customer preferences
- Provide accurate bridal jewelry guidance
- Maintain brand tone in all communications
