Customer Success Intern
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-Time - from Office)
Stipend: 15000 - 18000
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to support onboarding, client communication, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS, client management, and sexecution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth activation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Tech, Sales) to resolve client queries
- Track client tickets, follow-ups, and ensure timely closures
- Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Maintain CRM hygiene and update client interaction records
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce churn
- Assist in collecting testimonials, feedback, and case studies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- High ownership mindset and responsiveness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS or B2B products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
