Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Intern for this full-time, remote role. The intern will support our customer success team by ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns, and assisting with onboarding new clients. This role involves maintaining proactive communication with clients, supporting team initiatives, analyzing customer feedback for improvement opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work in a remote setting
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of regional language such as (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) would be an add on
