The Role: Learn by DoingThis is not a shadow role. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team and founders to drive real customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do1. Onboarding Support
Assist in onboarding new customers
Help set up accounts and ensure smooth activation
Work on improving onboarding experience
2. Customer Engagement
Support day-to-day communication with customers
Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses
Help maintain strong customer relationships
3. Data & Insights
Track basic CS metrics (usage, engagement, feedback)
Identify patterns and flag risks early
Work on simple reports and dashboards
4. Problem Solving
Assist in resolving customer issues
Coordinate with product/tech teams for fixes
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
5. Process Building
Document workflows, FAQs, and playbooks
Help streamline CS processes as we scale
What We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills (written + verbal)
High ownership mindset — proactive, not reactive
Willingness to learn fast and adapt
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus:
Interest in SaaS / AI / startups
Basic understanding of customer lifecycle or marketing
