Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Intern at Lineupx, you will be responsible for ensuring our B2B clients have a smooth onboarding experience and continue to derive value from our platform. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new B2B clients and guide them through the platform setup
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issue resolution
- Build strong client relationships to drive engagement and retention
- Understand client needs and coordinate with product/tech teams for solutions
- Track client activity and proactively address drop-offs or concerns
- Collect feedback and contribute to improving customer experience
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and success metrics
Who Should Apply
- Pursuing or recently completed Engineering (B.E/B.Tech preferred)
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
- Prior experience in customer success/support is a plus
