About InstaVid

We work closely with brands to help them implement video-led discovery experiences on their websites and maximize the revenue impact from shoppable videos.
About the Role
We’re hiring Customer Success Interns to join our in-office team in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
This role focuses on helping brands successfully implement InstaVid on their websites, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they get maximum value from the product.
If you enjoy working closely with clients, solving problems, and helping brands grow through technology, this role is a great entry point into Customer Success, SaaS, and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new brands and guiding them through the InstaVid implementation process.
- Help clients upload and organize video content across different widgets on their website.
- Monitor client performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results from shoppable videos.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the product/tech team when needed.
- Conduct check-ins with clients during their trial period to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and progress in our CRM.
- Collect and share customer feedback with the product team to help improve the platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to solve problems for customers.
- Interest in SaaS, eCommerce, and customer experience.
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple client conversations.
- Previous experience in customer support, customer success, or account management is a plus but not required.
- Available to work from our office in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
