About Us:
At Bedlo (bedlo.app), we are building the modern operating system for Indian hospitality. We are a mobile-first Property Management System (PMS) that helps hotels, resorts, and homestays run their entire operations right from their pocket. From AI-powered Aadhaar scanning and 30-second check-ins to automated GST billing, we are simplifying hotel management across India.
The Role:
As a Customer Success Intern, you will be the voice of Bedlo for our hoteliers. You’ll help our users onboard smoothly, ensure they get the most out of our app, and gather crucial feedback to help shape the future of our product.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard Users: Guide new hotel owners and staff through the app setup and property configuration process.
- Provide Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing fast and empathetic assistance via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Drive Engagement: Educate users on Bedlo’s powerful features (like the Live Room Cockpit, GST Invoicing, and Business Analytics) to ensure they get maximum value.
- Champion Feedback: Collect, document, and relay user feedback, bugs, and feature requests directly to our product team.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our hoteliers to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- 🗣️ An excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Hindi.
- 💻 Tech-savvy and a quick learner who easily navigates new software and apps.
- 🤝 Empathetic, patient, and a natural problem-solver.
- ⚡ Highly motivated to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- 🏨 Prior experience or interest in B2B SaaS, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a big plus!

- 📍 Location: 100% Remote
- 💰 Stipend: INR 5,000 - 10,000 per month
