We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and proactive individuals to join our team as customer success executives. In this role, you will manage relationships with existing customers, ensure a seamless post-service experience, collect valuable feedback, generate referrals, and identify opportunities to add value throughout the customer journey. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and contribute to customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and understand their overall satisfaction with our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely support and assistance.
- Encourage satisfied customers to provide referrals and recommend our services to friends and family.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant value-added services or solutions.
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, referrals, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards customer satisfaction, retention, engagement, and referral targets.
