Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve success with ZORCHA’s Instagram DM automation platform. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, providing support to resolve customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve retention and achieve client goals. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, delivering insights for product and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Strong Customer Support and Account Management skills to foster positive relationships and manage client portfolios effectively.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, digital tools, and/or social media solutions is a plus.
