We’re #hiring a Customer Success Executive at Zen Mountain
You should be a runner or cyclist yourself (any endurance sport) —we want someone who understands the sport firsthand.
We power registrations for marathons, triathlons & cycling events.
Looking for someone who can handle chaos, talk to event organizers, and make sure race day runs smoothly.
Looking for someone who can:
• Work directly with event organizers
• Handle multiple events at once
• Stay calm during high-pressure moments (race week gets real)
• Take ownership and solve problems fast
1–2 yrs experience in CS/account management/operations/sales preferred.
Bengaluru - Hybrid
Some weekend availability needed.
Not your typical desk job—expect a lot of action and a lot of fun.
