Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-level rapport with business owners, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a service provider.
- Field Engagement: Willing to travel to meet customers at their locations to understand their business needs firsthand.
- Support & Training: Deliver timely technical support and conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients are utilizing our services to their full potential.
- Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal process to ensure high retention rates and zero lapses in service.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to help improve our product and service offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Customer Support, Client Relations, or Account Management.
- Linguistic Proficiency:
- Primary: Full professional fluency in English (Written & Verbal).
- Secondary: Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Bengali, and Tamil is required to cater to our diverse client base.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conversations with business owners confidently.
- Mobility: High willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site visits.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and providing "just-in-time" support.
