Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on Experience)
💼 Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will handle customer-initiated interactions across calls, chat, and email. Your focus will be to resolve queries, drive revenue, and enhance customer experience by promoting and supporting Adobe solutions
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support with first-contact resolution
- Handle inbound sales and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Assist customers with subscriptions, billing, and account management
- Provide guidance on Adobe Creative Cloud & Document Cloud products
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Support license management, renewals, and retention strategies
- Perform basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution
🌟 Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (C1 level English preferred)
- Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Sales mindset with upselling & cross-selling ability
- Ability to multitask across chat/call/email channels
- Technical aptitude for software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Adobe products (preferred)
🎓 Eligibility:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1–5 years of experience in customer support, sales, or technical support
- Experience in SaaS / IT / BPO / Digital products is a plus
📊 Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Revenue: Conversion rate, ARR, quota achievement
- Customer Experience: CSAT, retention rate
- Operations: AHT, resolution time
