Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive based in Chennai. The Customer Success Executive will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction by addressing client queries, resolving challenges, and building lasting relationships. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, driving customer engagement, and identifying opportunities for retention and growth. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and ensuring excellent client relationships
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and improve service delivery
- Experience in Customer Support and Account Management to address inquiries and foster growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client connections
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing or account management role is a plus
- Familiarity with digital branding or design services is advantageous
