Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The key responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. The role involves providing timely support to address customer queries, managing accounts, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance their experience with Protrainy’s offerings. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers and focus on building long-term partnerships.

- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Proven skills in Customer Support and Account Management to address customer needs and effectively manage accounts.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the education or E-learning sector is a plus.
