Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Executive role based in Gurugram. The individual will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, fostering customer retention, and providing consistent support to address client needs. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management to provide effective and timely assistance to clients.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs, feedback, and data for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
