Role Description
The Customer Success Executive, who will act as a key point for client success, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of our SaaS based ERP and LMS platforms.
- Assist with smooth onboarding and implementation of the premium clients.
- Providing timely support and follow-up for client requirements.
- Improving client engagement
- Coordinating closely with internal teams to address operational or technical requirements related to these deals.
- Willing To Travel (Based on Demand Only)
Job Type
This is a full-time position, and the individual will work on-site at our office in Kochi.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- An intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
