Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Executive for our on-site location in Jaipur. The role involves fostering strong customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining clients, analysing customer needs, providing support, and managing accounts. The ideal candidate will act as a proactive liaison between the company and customers, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience in providing outstanding Customer Support and managing client .
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the gemstones or luxury retail industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
